Flash! New College of Regents Member from our Lodge!!
Congratulations to Past Senior Regent of WOTM #1568 Linda Dowd. She received her College of Regents Degree on July 3, 2010 at the International Conference in Nashville, TN. This is the highest degree awarded to a co-worker and Linda worked hard to earn it. We have approximately 235 members in our chapter and probably only six or seven have this most honored degree. She served our Chapter as Senior Regent twice in the past few years and has held numerous other offices. She was also nominated as Novice Co-Worker of the Year in years past as well as our WOTM of the Month for August 2010. Please, take time to congratulate her on her outstanding accomplishment.

Help Mooseheart School win $500,000!!!
A Few Mouse Clicks Mean $500,000 to Mooseheart School ... or Not.

If, by just clicking a computer mouse a few times over five to ten minutes, you could send a HALF-MILLION DOLLARS to help Mooseheart's kids, you'd do it -- wouldn't you?

We sure hope so.

Between now and Friday evening, September 3, by just "voting" for Mooseheart School as your "favorite school" on the "Kohl's Cares" page on Facebook, we Moose members can get that $500,000 from Kohl's Cares Foundation for Mooseheart School!

That's $500,000 we then WON'T need to ask from the men and women of the Moose to help operate Mooseheart's school this year!

If you have a Facebook account (easy to set up), if you're 13 or older, and you're a U.S. resident -- just go to http://apps.facebook.com/KohlsCares, follow the directions to vote the maximum allowed FIVE (5) times for Mooseheart School -- and that's all there is to it!

We had a great International Convention in Nashville. Our lodge received some good recognition for all we do. Thanks to everyone for your support.

Please remember the upcoming State Convention in Hot Springs in August. Pre-registration is on the AMA website.

Check the calendar for all the events coming up. We have some good times happening - come be a part of something special.

Remember to check your dues card and keep your dues paid up to date. Don't forget to stop by the lodge and sign up for the daily drawings.
